SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING:

• We charge $13.50 express shipping or $10 standard shipping. 

Delivery Times included for Express Shipping.

• Australia 1- 5 business days
• New Zealand 1- 5 business days
• Singapore 1- 5 business days

RETURNS:

Conditions:

• Full priced items purchased only can be returned for a refund, exchange or credit note.
• Sale items can be returned for an exchange or credit note only.
• Australian customers have 7 days from date of purchase to return their online order. International customers have 14 days. Any items received after this timeframe will be returned to the customer.
• For all returns please ensure the item is, unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Return Shipping:

• The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Le Stelle will not be held responsible in the event of lost, theft or damage to return parcels. Please include name, number, order number in the parcel to prevent delays in processing returns. 

Faulty or Damaged Items:

• If you receive a faulty or damaged item please contact us immediately at contactus@lestelle.com.au with images of the damaged item along with your contact details. 

Refunds:

• We process refund Monday to Friday, but please allow up to 5 business days from the date of your parcel return received.
• Refunds may take 5 - 10 business days to appear in your account.
• Shipping fees and duties are non- refundable.
